Course Description
This 10 week program consists of a brand new 60-minute classfor the first 8 weeks; then additional combo classes from another terms are made available in weeks 9 and 10! You will have access to ALL classes for a period of 10 weeks which commences the day of your registration.
Each class consists of 27 1/2 minutes of yoga, including warm-up stretches, yoga poses ("asanas"), and a yoga flow ("vinyasa"); 27 1/2 minutes of Pilates and Core abdominal strengthening exercises, and 5 minutes of relaxation/integration at the end of class.
These classes are appropriate for all genders and most ages and fitness levels.
One registration per household includes everyone!
