Course Description
This 10 week program consists of a brand new 60-minute class for the first 8 weeks; then additional pilates classes from another term are available for weeks 9 and 10! You will have access to ALL classes for a period of 10 weeks which commences the day of your registration.
Each class consists of 55 minutes of exercises focusing on your core abdominal muscles. These exercises are done in the following positions: lying on your back, lying on your belly, on all fours, seated, side-lying and standing. Modifications for these positions are also given! There is a 5-minute guided relaxation and integration period at the end of class.
These classes are appropriate for all genders and most ages and fitness levels.
One registration per household includes everyone!
