Course Description
This 10 week program consists of a brand new 90-minute class for the first 8 weeks; then additional yoga classes from another term are made available for weeks 9 and 10! You will have access to ALL classes for a period of 10 weeks which commences the day of your registration.
Each class consists of warm-up stretches, yoga poses ("asanas"), a yoga flow ("vinyasa"), breathing exercises ("pranayama"), meditation and relaxation.
The first 60 minutes of class focuses on physical exercise; the last 30 minutes includes the breathing, meditation and relaxation.
Appropriate for all genders and most ages and fitness levels.
One registration per household includes everyone!
